Laguiole French made Sommelier (wine steward) wine opener with polished stainless steel cork screw (tire-bouchon) , micro-serrated cork foil blade and opening lever. Fancy engraved back and famous French "Bee" on the back, of course. This "Talon of Bacchus" is the clever invention is by Bruno Sauzedde a famous cutler from the Thiers area. The screw has a gauge that is dialed to set the depth of the screw penetration in the cork.. Never again punch through the cork getting cork fragments in the wine! Exotic Amourette wood handles set off nicely with brass (laiton) and stainless steel .(Amourette is considered by many as the most beautiful natural wood used in French cutlery).
