Fancy Laguiole style French made presentation folding knife with engraved back and famous French "Bee", Beautiful Blue acrylic handle with a subtle feather delicately placed within handle. Made with highly polished blade. Comes in gift box with matching blue leather sheath (etui). These are made by the La Coutellerie Au Sabot company in the Auvergne region of France who's family has been making fine cutlery since 1870. These make wonderful gifts for her and are always handy in a bureau drawer, jewelry box or purse. In many areas of France, ladies and gentlemen take their own distinctive personal knife in to fine restaurants. The waiter cleans them and places them by their place setting.
