From the Camargua region of southern France comes Camarguais This one is made with a Genuine Olive wood handle. Named for the famous wild horses of this wetland region, it is truly an area where the land meets the sea. These rugged and beautiful knives have a ship's anchor embossed on the bolsters and a Trident on the back of the spring. With a rugged lock back, these fine knives are accompanied by a French leather belt sheath and are at home aboard a boat or in the field with the sportsman. These are expertly made by the La Coutellerie Au Sabot company in the Auvergne region of France who's family has been making fine cutlery since 1870. Mr. Jean Sauzedde is the patriarch of the family and still working at over 80! His daughter, Frederique is the commercial manager. (see photo)
