From the Savoy region of the French Alps comes this Opinel Stainless Santoku Chef knife. At just about 7" (17cm) this knife will handle almost all of your culinary cutting. The Japanese inspired "Santoku" shape is preferred by many contemporary chefs.
High carbon stainless steel holds an excellent edge and sharpens easily. A French Beechwood handle feels great in the hand and adds to the balance. (hand wash these as you should all cutlery)
