Laguiole style folding knife. This special one is a two bladed Cote de Cote ( meaning side by side). It has rare Double Napoleonic Bees on the back! One blade is traditional straight edge and one is a very sharp scalloped edge. These are made in France by Facosa - Bruno Sauzedde. Bruno makes these with durable and interesting Green Stamina wood. This is a synthetic composite material that is beautiful and very functional. These have satin stainless steel blades and nice brass (laiton) bolsters. On our last visit we were privileged to meet Bruno's father who is still active working with Bruno.
