Laguiole style folding knife. This special one is a two bladed Cote de Cote ( meaning side by side). It has rare Double Napoleonic Bees on the back! One blade is traditional straight edge and one is a very sharp scalloped edge. These are made in France by Facosa - Bruno Sauzedde. Bruno makes these with beautiful, Olive wood. These have satin stainless steel blades and nice brushed stainless and aluminum bolsters. On our last visit we were privileged to meet Bruno's father who is still active working with Bruno. (Bruno is on the right in the photo and his father on the left in the distinctive blue cutler's smock) Master Guild Blade Company is proud to bring you the products from these special French cutlers.
