From the mind of Frenchman Bruno Sauzedde , the innovative Thiers area Cutler,comes these fun outdoor knives, especially made for fishing, boating, camping and outdoor sports. The Splash . is based upon an original twist lock originally developed by the French company Opinel. Bruno makes this one two bladed, both with twist locks. Both blades are polished stainless steel. One has a flat tip and is serrated (great for opening oysters and even cutting ropes and lines) the other skeletonized (open slot in the center) and is razor sharp (great for cutting bait or even sausages for lunch!) This one has a Red handle that is soft to the touch and helps prevent slipping. Bruno comes form a long line of cutlers. (in the photo he is on the right and his father , in the blue cutler's smock is on the left.) Truly a unique French outdoor cutlery creation.
